What We Offer
ES Industries provides the High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) and Supercritical Fluid Chromatography (SFC) analysts with an important source for high performance columns, bonded phases and packing materials. The EpicTM, GreenSepTM, ChromegaChiralTM, Chromegabond® and commercially equivalent columns and materials produced at our New Jersey, USA facility represent the state-of-the-art in column and bonding technologies.
ChromegaChiral CCO F4
ChromegaChiralTM CCO F4 is a new chiral material, which can be used in SFC or HPLC. With more than a third of newly approved small molecule drugs in medicinal chemistry and drug discovery containing fluorine a fluorophilic retention mechanism would be particularly useful. The addition of a fluorine atom into a phenyl carbamate cellulose structure is useful in promoting the required fluorophilic retention mechanism providing improved retention for fluorinated compounds.
GreenSep Columns for SFC
GreenSepTM stationary phases have been specifically engineered for Supercritical Fluid Chromatography (SFC) separations paying close attention to bonding coverage, density and all factors leading to high capacity phases, which exhibit excellent selectivity and peak shape. GreenSep columns, from analytical to preparative sizes, are available for all SFC phases in particle size from 3 – 20 μm and include our new high performance 15mm ID columns which have been designed to deliver high performance SFC separations.
